An easy-to-use database to inventory your props and sets. The Props/Sets module is part of the Theatre Inventory Database. You can use it with the Costume modules or by itself.
For each Production (Play, Musical, Ballet, etc.) you can assign props and sets to the production and print lists.
Props & Sets can be checked out to other organizations.
We have 5 types of custom printed inventory labels for Props, Set pieces and Equipment. We also have Iron-on and Sew-in tags for drops, fabric items and leather.
Tyvek Shipping Tags to attach labels to items that you might not want to put an adhesive label on directly. Tyvek tags can be applied with string or twist ties.
We offer 2 types of barcode scanners. Use the scanner to scan the barcode tags to add records, checkout out costumes and check them back in quickly.
If you store any of your props or small set pieces in bins or boxes you will want to put a list of what is in the box on the front. You can print a list of the contents from the Reports menu. If you have a small box you can get the 4" x 6" pockets from our store. For larger lists you can use an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet protector.
